In the article "The master's as the new Bachelor's" it's explaining that higher education is going up more because people are expecting you to have your master's instead of your bachelor's, in today's society people are looking for jobs and most job's require you to have a master's and those are the people that get the job's instead of you. Our market as a whole is spiraling out of control because more people are loosing their job's than people are gaining them. It's also really hard for people to go to college because it's so expensive and they don't have that kind of money. Back then people thought you were a very intelligent person to have your bachelor's but, today people who have their master's people think they are more qualified than you.
